This Privacy Policy explains how Sora-pi handles user information. This service is primarily provided for users in Japan.

1. 取得する情報 / Information We Collect

空ぴ。は、アカウント管理、本人確認、サービス提供、サポート対応のために、メールアドレス、表示名、ログインに利用した認証事業者の識別情報、飛行日誌、機体情報、点検・整備記録、下書き、操作に必要な技術情報を取得します。

We collect information necessary to provide the service, including email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers, flight logs, aircraft information, inspection and maintenance records, drafts, and technical information required for operation.

2. 利用目的 / How We Use Information

取得した情報は、ログイン、登録申請の確認、記録の保存・表示・エクスポート、不正利用の防止、問い合わせ対応、サービス改善、法令等に基づく対応のために利用します。

We use this information for sign-in, registration review, storing, displaying, and exporting records, preventing abuse, responding to support requests, improving the service, and complying with legal obligations.

3. 第三者サービス / Third-Party Services

空ぴ。は、認証、データ保存、メール送信、配信基盤のために、Amazon Web Services、 Cloudflare、Resend、Apple、Googleなどの外部サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスには、上記の目的に必要な範囲で情報が送信されます。

We may use third-party services such as Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Resend, Apple, and Google for authentication, storage, email delivery, and hosting. Information is shared only as needed for these purposes.

4. 第三者提供 / Disclosure to Third Parties

法令に基づく場合、本人の同意がある場合、またはサービス提供に必要な委託先に必要な範囲で取り扱いを委託する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に販売または提供しません。

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only when required by law, with user consent, or to service providers as necessary to operate the service.

5. 保存期間と退会 / Retention and Account Deletion

ユーザーがアカウント削除を申請した場合、アカウントは30日間の退会中状態になります。この期間中は復旧できる場合があります。30日経過後、アカウント情報および関連する認証情報を完全削除できるようにします。ただし、法令上または不正利用調査上必要な情報は、必要な期間に限り保持する場合があります。

Users can request account deletion from within the app. After a deletion request, the account enters a 30-day retention period. During this period, restoration may be possible. After the period, the account and related authentication data can be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law or abuse investigation.

6. 安全管理 / Security

空ぴ。は、アクセス制御、認証、通信の暗号化、ログ確認など、取得した情報を保護するために必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

We take reasonable security measures, including access control, authentication, encrypted communication, and log review.
